What We expect of you:
Take the 4 hour Short Sale Boot Camp. (FREE)
Take the ADVANCED Short Sale Follow up (FREE) once you get a listing.
Have the ability to check emails DAILY so you can keep up with the ever changing trends of this process.
Have the desire to work a few hours every day.
Have the ability to pay for your postage. Sign an agreement to market or farm within a certain area.
(You can list or sell anywhere.)
Have the ability to pay all of your local, national and MLS fees!
Become a member of the Exit team at either office, but are welcome to work from home.
Exit pays a 70/30 commission split up to $100,000 in paid commissions and after that it goes to 90/10.
We have NO DESK FEES.
We also have a residual income program where you can earn over 100%, simply by referring agents to any Exit office in the world. You get 10% of their gross commissions...see me for details.

We have a retirement program and a death benefit program as well.
